Lori M., Office Manager

“My experience and education in the medical field is varied.  I went to University of Minnesota as a Pre-Med student.  Throughout the years, I also attended numerous seminars, including practice management, patient care, compliance, insurance billing, personal injury, worker’s compensation, attorney & law, and communication.

Helping others has been my passion since I was a child, and I quickly found my place within the medical field.  For me, the most fulfilling aspect of working at The Back Pain Clinic is seeing patients increase their quality of life each day through their treatment here.  My goal every day is to provide each patient with the utmost excellence in care and treatment.  I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to play a role in our patients’ recovery.”

Mackenzie M., Medical Records/Chiropractic Therapist

“I started working at the Back Pain Clinic in 2010. Since I am a social butterfly, this job has allowed me to not only care for others, but get to know patients and their stories, from everyday life to the important days that changed who they are.  The Back Pain Clinic has been a second home for me. When I go to work, I know that I will be assisting in the patient’s quality of life.  I will be part of helping them to reach their optimum health and wellness.  I feel grateful and accomplished when I see this result with my own eyes and that I was involved in their recovery. This job has taught me good people skills, teamwork, active listening, and a genuine concern for others well- being.

I will be attending Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College starting in May 2017.”

Cassy G., Chiropractic Therapist

“I joined The Back Pain Clinic team in July of 2016.  At university, I took a special interest in communications, and I found that we have people from all walks of life, all with their own different stories, who come to the clinic as if it was a crossroads.  Every day, I strive to not only help them improve their lives, but to also get to know patients on a personal level.  The staff at the Back Pain Clinic – myself included – never treat a patient as if they are just an appointment time.  We understand that everyone has their own quirks and needs, and we do our best to accommodate that.  But it’s creating those connections and helping people get back to their everyday lives that I find the greatest reward.”

Chasney S., Chiropractic Assistant

“I became a member of The Back Pain clinic team in May of 2017 after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Missouri Baptist University.  I chose this field because I knew that I wanted to help people, and The Back Pain Clinic allows me to do just that.  I enjoy working one-on-one with patients and providing the best care possible.  Honestly, I believe I am so blessed to be able to work with such a friendly and encouraging staff that utilizes teamwork to provide excellent service to each and every patient.”
